* HUMIDITY: For Sunday, as low as 17 percent with isolated areas to
15 percent. RHs improve Sunday night, reaching 50 to 60 percent.
For Monday, as low as 18 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the upper 50s. Lows around 30.
