White River below Eagle Valley Power Plant.
.Very heavy rainfall from Wednesday evening through the overnight of
2 to over 3 inches will bring parts of the middle White back into
minor flooding with a second crest and lengthen the amount of time
in flood for points downstream. The primary, higher crest is past
Spencer and should reach Elliston on Friday and make its way down to
Hazleton late Sunday.

* WHERE...White River at Ravenswood.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Lowest portion of Ravenswood begins to
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
