KS, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and
Missouri, including the following areas, Adair, Bates, Buchanan,
Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Daviess,
De Kalb, Grundy, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette,
Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Pettis, Platte, Putnam,
Randolph, Ray, Saline, Schuyler and Sullivan.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Several areas in the watch have received over 2 inches of
rainfall today. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is possible,
with pockets above 3 inches possible.
