* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow continues through the morning
hours, then quickly tapers off to drizzle and higher elevation
freezing drizzle this afternoon.
