* WHERE...Coastal Lee, Coastal Hillsborough, Coastal Manatee,
Coastal Sarasota, and Pinellas Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
