* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as the upper 10s or lower 20s
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
* WHEN...From midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
