* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning today, until 8 PM CDT this
evening. For the Heat Advisory Tuesday, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
