* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north-central, northeast, and
northern Maryland, northwest Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From noon to 7 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds may persist for several more
hours Friday evening. A few gusts to near 60 mph are possible,
especially along and just east of higher terrain.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
