* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as zero degrees expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Texas.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite on exposed skin if precautions
are not taken.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
