Heavy Rain Risk Area
The monsoon trough will move to lies across upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the upper Northeast and the East.
The moderate winds and the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the Upper Gulf are like about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
