Heavy Rain Risk Area
The monsoon trough moves down to lie across the North and the upper Northeast into the low pressure cell over the Gulf of Tonkin while the moderate southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain and isolated heavy rains are possible in the country with heavy rain in some places of the upper North and the western Northeast.
The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high
in thundershowers.
In addition, tropical depression “SAUDEL” over Guangdong, Chiana is downgraded to the active low pressure cell alreadly.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
