Heavy Rain Risk Area
The monsoon trough lie across the upper North and upper Laos into tropical storm “SAUDEL” over the upper South China Sea while the moderate southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershowers are forecast in Thailand and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South regions.
The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high
in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
