The southwesterly wind prevailing over the Andaman Sea and the South is strengthening with isolated heavy rain in the South mostly in the western part. The moderate wind and wave in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower.
The southwesterly winds prevail over upper Thailand while hot weather occurs. Thundershowers with gusty winds are forecast in the upper country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the western part.
People should beware of severe conditions, heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. Farmers should prevent for crop damage and animals danger.
All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
