Significant precipitation amounts (15–20 mm) are expected in Constanța and Tulcea counties, the eastern half of Ialomița County, and the southern parts of Călărași, Giurgiu, Teleorman, and Olt counties. Precipitation will occur predominantly as snowfall, leading to snow accumulation of 10–15 cm. In Dobrogea and southeastern Muntenia, wind speeds will increase to 50–60 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 70 km/h along the coast. Temporary blizzard conditions are expected, with reduced visibility below 100 m.
