It is expected that extensive areas, property and transport infrastructure, crop fields and gardens will be flooded under the influence of extremely heavy rain.
Flooding threatens lives, evacuation is required. Residents are invited to leave the threatened areas and follow all the instructions given by the responsible authorities.
Damage to road infrastructure is expected, roads may be impassable and blocked in some sections. Movement is difficult, road conditions are dangerous due to reduced visibility and aquaplaning, roads and transport infrastructure may be flooded and damaged as well.
Due to floods, crops and plantations can be destroyed in many places.
There is a very high risk that power supply, water supply and communications will be disrupted.
Avoid going to flood-prone areas unless absolutely necessary. Please note that road travel will take additional time and alternative routes may be required.
