"When, due to a heat wave, a daily maximum apparent temperature of 33℃ or higher has been expected to persist for at least two consecutive days, and nighttime minimum temperature are expected to remain at 25℃ or higher for at least one day; provided that threshold shall be 26℃ for coastal and island areas and 27℃ for Jeju."
