Wind chills near minus 20.
Snowfall accumulations of 20 to 40 cm. Locally higher amounts possible.

Additional information:
Winds will diminish somewhat overnight, with gusts of 50 to 60 km/h persisting into Tuesday. Snow squalls may move south of the area for a time tonight. There remains uncertainty whether or not the snow squalls move north to affect at least the southern portion of Prince Edward County once again later tonight through Tuesday.
