Greater Victoria, Gulf Islands, southern sections of Inland Vancouver Island including Lake Cowichan, and the Malahat.
Additional information:
A sharp, fast moving cold front crossing Vancouver Island will bring very strong wind gusts to southern Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands beginning this evening. While the most intense winds are expected this evening, but conditions will remain gusty through tonight and into Thursday.

Local utility outages are possible. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible. Parks and forests will likely sustain some damage.
