What: 5 centimetres of snow today, blowing snow near the St. Lawrence River
When: Until this evening
Where: the Lower Laurentians, Lanaudière, Bois-Francs, Quebec City and Beauce areas.
Additional information:
Powdery snow will be easily carried by winds, resulting in poor visibilities, especially near the St. Lawrence River. Cold temperatures combined with snow will make surfaces slippery. Allow extra time for travelling on Monday.
