Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow is occurring or will develop early this morning.
Along the highway 2 corridor conditions will improve near noon, while near the Saskatchewan border visibility will improve in the afternoon.

Travel will likely be hazardous due to near-zero visibility. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic.
