Where: Metro Vancouver - North Shore and Northeast including West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Coquitlam, Howe Sound.
Remark: A low pressure system moving across the region today will bring rain, at times heavy, to parts of Metro Vancouver and Howe Sound today. Wet flurries may mix with rain over higher terrain this afternoon with the most intense rainfall rates. The rain will end early this evening.
In the wake of the low, southeast winds will veer to strong and gusty southwest winds across Metro Vancouver and Howe Sound early this evening.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Local utility outages are possible.
