Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KIYAPO" {NOUL} was estimated based on all available data at 355 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.2°N, 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods
