Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KIYAPO" {NOUL} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Camiguin Island, Calayan, Cagayan (19.0°N, 121.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to occasional moderate rains or thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
