Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Nasugbu, Batangas (14.1°N, 120.4°E). Easterlies affecting Northern Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Isolated light rains or thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos.
+ **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan.
+ **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit.
+ **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay.
