General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "NENENG" was estimated based on all available data at 405 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (23.2°N, 124.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 35 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and the western section of Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Cavite** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Laboc (Balsahan), Cañas, Ylang-Ylang, Imus, and Maragondon. + **Batangas** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lian, Banabang-Molino, Pansipit, Kapumpong, Rosario-Lobo and Upper Bolbok (Lawaya). + **Laguna** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pagsanjan, Pila-Sta. Cruz, San Juan and San Cristobal. + **Rizal** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Marikina and Kaliwa. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to be alert for possible flashfloods and landslides.

Up to 3.0 m: The seaboards of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, and Lubang Islands; the western seaboards of Babuyan Islands, Pangasinan, Bataan, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Calamian Island; the northern seaboard of Kalayaan Islands. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The seaboard of Isabela; the western seaboards of Cavite and northern mainland Palawan; the eastern seaboard of Davao Oriental; the remaining seaboards of Occidental Mindoro and Kalayaan Islands.
