Under present weather conditions, Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan. Northeasterly Windflow affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Sulu** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **Maguindanao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Nituan, Mindanao, Dalican, Allah, Buluan, Matuber, Mlang and Lower Mlang.
+ **Tawi-tawi** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **North Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Libungan, Malasila, Toliman-Dunakling, Maridagao, Kabacan, Muleta, Arakan, Kulaman, Upper Mlang and Pulangi.
+ **Lanao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dapao and Matling.
+ **Basilan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Gubauan and Kumalarang.
