Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 130 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.8°N, 125.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods and landslides.
