Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 270 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Agusan Del Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lake-Mainit-Tubay, Asiga, Agusan, Linugos, and Cabadbaran.
+ **Agusan Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Ojot, Wawa, Libang, Maosam, Kasilan, Gibong, Adgaoan, Simulao, Kayonan and Andanan.
+ **Dinagat Islands** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Malinao Inlet and Gaas Lulet.
+ **Surigao Del Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Surigao and Magallanes.
+ **Surigao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Cantilan, Carac-An, Tandag, Tago, Hubo-Oteiza, Hinatuan, and Bislig.
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
