- Major roads affected but can be used with increased travel time.
- Poor driving conditions on dirt roads.
- Minor vehicle accidents are possible due to poor visibility and slippery roads.
- Localised mudslides, rockfalls and soil erosion is possible
If possible stay indoors and off roads. Avoid crossing low lying bridges or swollen streams. If trapped in a vehicle abandon it and climb to higher ground. In rural areas protect animals or move them to higher ground.
