Pender, Columbus, Inland Brunswick, Inland New Hanover, Inland
Pender, and Robeson Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 above zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
