Heavy rain may fall on a deep primed snowpack leading to the melt
increasing. Flows in rivers may increase quickly and reach critical
levels.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central
Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central
Wisconsin, Calumet and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin,
Langlade. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Menominee, Northern
Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County,
Southern Oconto County and Waupaca.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of
low-lying and poor-drainage locations, including urban areas. Storm
drains and ditches that are clogged with ice and snow may lead to
flooding of adjacent roads. Minor flooding could occur on rivers,
streams, and creeks, including the potential for ice jams.

- Rain may mix with snow over central and northern WI, which will
impact how much minor flooding occurs.
