* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central and
north central Kentucky.
* WHEN...From 10 PM EST /9 PM CST/ this evening to 11 AM EST /10 AM
CST/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
