Western Whatcom County, Foothills and Valleys of Central King
County, Foothills and Valleys of Pierce and Southern King
Counties, and Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
