and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- An additional 1 to 1.5 inches of rain are expected over the
North and Central Cascades today.
