* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
counties, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.
* WHEN...Until noon PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding will be common, especially over roads.
Minor debris flows possible near recent burn scars. Expect rises
in small streams and normally dry arroyos and dangerous flows over
low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 944 AM PST, Doppler radar and gauges indicated heavy rain
with rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.75 inches per hour.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Vandenberg, Los Alamos, Orcutt,
Cuyama, Sisquoc, Highway 166, and Carrizo Plain.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
