* IMPACTS...Additional river rises are expected, with minor and
localized ice jam flooding possible tonight into Thursday.
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Minor open water river flooding is forecasted on the Ausable
River and Otter Creek on Thursday.
