* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. An
extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water
pipes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
