Winds will become southwest late this morning through early
afternoon.
* WHERE...Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Livingston, Ontario,
Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
