* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Central Jefferson, Central Plaquemines, Central St.
Charles, Coastal Jefferson, Eastern Orleans, Lower Plaquemines,
Lower St. Bernard, Lower St. Charles, Northern St. Tammany,
Southeast St. Tammany, Southwestern St. Tammany, Upper Jefferson,
Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper St. Charles,
Washington and Western Orleans and southern Mississippi, including
the following areas, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern
Jackson, Pearl River, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and
Southern Jackson.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
