* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Maryland, including the following
county, Prince Georges.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and a few thunderstorms with very heavy rain are
likely this morning. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour
may result in localized totals of 2 to 3 inches, which would
result in flooding mainly in urban and poor drainage areas.
