* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Florida.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.
Patchy frost could damage sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy frost is also likely in wind protected
areas that could kill sensitive vegetation.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves. Protect sensitive vegetation.
