Heavy Rain Risk Area
The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is strengthening with more rains and isolated heavy in the lower South.
The moderated wind and waves in the lower Gulf are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf the waves are expected 1-2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the lower South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
All ships in the Gulf and Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
