Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) {formerly "BASYANG"} was estimated based on all available data at 130 km Southeast of Cuyo, Palawan (10.0°N, 121.8°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains or thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
