Under present weather conditions, Trough of Tropical Storm affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Southwest Monsoon affecting the rest of the country.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasional heavy rains .
WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit.
+ **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan.
+ **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay.
+ **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos.
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
