What :
Snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm.
Reduced visibilities in areas with heavier snowfall.
When :
Continuing until early in the afternoon.
Additional information:
Some areas could get localized bursts of heavy snowfall. In general snow will taper off to flurries from west to east through the morning.
Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Prepared for deteriorating travel conditions.
Allow extra time for travel.
