Snow squalls and difficult road conditions.
What: Heavy flurries with local blowing snow may give near zero visibilities. Snowfall amounts above 5 centimetres will be possible over a short period of time.
When: from Thursday morning to Thursday evening.
Where: Southern and Central Quebec.

Snow squalls are giving highly variable weather conditions. Conditions often go from clear skies to an area of heavy snow in just a few kilometres.
Visibilities can suddenly be reduced to almost zero at times in heavy snow.
Rapidly accumulating snow could further complicate travel.
The morning and evening rush hour traffic may be affected.
