Snow squalls and difficult road conditions.
What: Heavy flurries with local blowing snow may give near zero visibilities. Snowfall amounts above 5 centimetres will be possible over a short period of time.
When: This morning to this evening.
Where: Southern and Central Quebec.

Snow squalls are giving highly variable weather conditions. Conditions often go from clear skies to an area of heavy snow in just a few kilometres.
Visibilities can suddenly be reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow.
Rapidly accumulating snow could further complicate travel.
The morning and evening commute may be affected.
