Hillsborough, Coastal Manatee, Coastal Sarasota, Inland Sarasota,
and Pinellas Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
