* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 5 and 11 inches and ice accumulations around a light
glaze. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Minnesota and east central South
Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Whiteout conditions will
make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.
