American Idol star Adam Lambert got into a fight with his Finnish boyfriend Sauli Koskinen. What really happened?
The fight started in a nightclub in Helsinki on December 21st at about 3am. At first the couple started to fight inside the nightclub but the situation got worse at the staircase of the nightclub. Investigating officer Petri Juvonen told MTV3 Entertainment News how the situation progressed.
– Lambert and Koskinen were first fighting at the backstage of the nightclub. The fight continued at the staircase where they were wrestling with each other. According to the police report, Lambert kicked a man and woman who tried to go between the two. When the police arrived at about 3.30 am, the fight was mostly over.
Juvonen cannot confirm whether alcohol had something to do with the fight. However, Juvonen says that when police arrived those present were in a confused state.
At the moment Lambert and Koskinen are in police custody and hearings are in progress. The investigation focuses on a total of four offenses, two regular assaults and two minor assaults.
