* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Oregon, East Central Willamette Valley, East Portland
Metro, Inner Portland Metro, Outer Southeast Portland Metro,
Portland West Hills and Chehalem Mountain, Tualatin Valley, and
West Central Willamette Valley Counties. In Washington, East Clark
County Lowlands, Inner Vancouver Metro, and North Clark County
Lowlands Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Full leaf cover on trees may result in trees
or limbs suffering wind damage at lower wind speeds than usual.
Exacerbated impacts possible as a result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects such as garbage cans and
other objects that can easily blow around.
