Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 130 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 385 km East of Infanta, Quezon (14.2°N, 125.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving East Northeast slowly. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku.
+ **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan.
+ **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries
+ **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan.
