northerly.

becoming north 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the mid 70s in northwest Oklahoma to
near 100 in western north Texas.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
